INDUSTRIAL GIANT 2

Industrial Giant 2 was released on September 30, 2002 by JoWood who also developed the game. Industrial Giant 2 is an isometric economic simulation. The game was released on Steam: August 14, 2015.

Influenced by many games, from Transport Tycoon and Capitalism, to later games in the City Building Series such as Zeus: Master of Olympus or Emperor: Rise of the Middle Kingdom, Industrial Giant 2 is a game where the player is in charge of a manufacturing and distribution

Despite a wide range of aspects Industry Giant II is not a complete business simulation game, as many management aspects such as finance, sourcing or human resources are hardly present.

The ‘free game’ option allows the player not to worry about turning a profit. The game is primarily considered to be a supply chain simulator, because many aspects of strategic, tactical and operational supply chain management are experienced.

This brand-new business simulation starts in America at the turn of the 19th to the 20th century. Trade and economy range from the rise of industrial revolution to the age of information technologies. As in Industry Giant, you again take over the role of an super-entrepreneur, trying to establish a global organization by managing the buying of resources, processing products, logistics and sales.

The Steam version has Steamworks achievement added.
