H1Z1 was developed then released on February 16, 2016 by Daybreak Company. H1Z1 is a multiplayer battle Royale style game.
The original H1Z1 was actually a zombie / exploration game and the devs just randomly shut it down recently in favor of the battle royale action only.
Play solo, duos, or fives to survive Outbreak and be the last ones standing. The game supports up to 100 players all competing for survival.
As the game progresses, a toxic gas cloud compresses the map boundaries, dealing damage to players who remain in it. This effectively makes the playable portion of the map smaller, so that players are eventually forced to confront one another in close quarters. The gas spreads in timed increments, dealing a greater degree of damage in the later stages of the match.
H1Z1 is a large-scale, fight-to-the-death shooter where every moment counts. The game is a battle royale type game, hence the king of the kill gameplay.
Play the all-new “Return of the Apocalypse” expansion featuring a new map, new faster paced gameplay, and legendary weapons. Play solo, duos, or fives to survive Outbreak and be the last ones standing. Free To Play! Gameplay is very fast and a low lag internet connection is best.
During the development the game had a lot of cheaters but that has finally been fixed. The slow loading seems to be due to the shader compiler and the use of a vast number of textures.
- Gameplay is simple.
- The game is fast paced.
- Respawns are random.
- The skins are excellent.
- The ranking system is well thought out.
- The car mechanics are comparatively good.
Game loading is slow, a SSD does help considerably.
