While AMD has not said anything, for months, there has been no new stocks of Radeon VII cards. AMD, evidently, is close to break even on the cards so there is not much motivation.
The RX 5700 and RX 5700 XT are now taking over for the enthusiast cards. AMD is also known to be getting ready to rebadge Polaris for the low cost market which is the most hotly contested.
The Radeon VII with 16GB of HBM2 made the card as powerful of a workstation card as for gaming. AMD is probably going to introduce a more powerful card with GDDR6 which would have a much lower cost of manufacture.
AMD might redesign Polaris to use GDDR6 which would improve the performance. This would allow AMD to sell the cards into the under $200 range more easily.
