MSI is on Youtube concerning the memory performance on the new RX 5600 XT cards. The GDDR6 memory is intended to be accessed at 14 gigabit speeds. MSI has stated that AMD has only designed the RX 5600 XT to use memory at 12 gigabit speeds which was widely questioned.
It is not hard to develop a tool to measure the memory bandwidth of a GPU which is fully memory mapped.
MSI has a VBIOS available for their RX 5600 XT MECH OC which is being distributed with their Live Update tool.
MSI indicated that the thermal capacity of their cooler can tolerate the faster OC speeds available from the update.
