Samsung is closing their cloud services. The move may be awkward for those who do not have a laptop or desktop to handle the phones.
Starting now, Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ users running Android 10 beta can choose OneDrive in lieu of Samsung Cloud as the primary online storage service for photos and videos. SamMobile reports that users will not be able to revert back to Samsung Cloud after this change has been made.
Older phones are in an unknown state and its likely that OneDrive should be used photos etc as well. Google Drive is still operating but evidently Microsoft is the preferred choice of Samsung.
Samsung is also abandoning the Bixby project which has been bug ridden. Evidently Samsung was unable to develop the project successfully.
Apple is the only phone that is not affected by the change.
