Microsoft has released a new PC Health App for Windows 11. Now the app gives users a clearer picture of their machines to see what is needed.
The earlier app was criticized as useless and this lead to a lot of criticism on various forums and in the media.
The new app now it provides a detailed summary to guide setting up a machine for Windows 11 when it is released on August 11, 2021. It checks the UEFI, TPM and CPU. It also checks storage and general performance. There is a link to a website that can show you more steps to get ready.
You need to have Windows 10 version 2004 or later running to be able to upgrade to Windows 11. Older versions of Windows 10 are not suitable.
