I have several older 32-bit packages from Adobe that have accumulated. The software still works fine in Windows 10.

Primarily I use Photoshop for graphics arts. Photoshop is focused mostly on color photography. Photoshop can provide corrections for color and contrast as well as more specialized effects. The Corel tools complement the Adobe tools.
While the old digital cameras have faded as the mobile phone has taken over. The mobile phones are currently upwards of 14 megapixels. The trend for mobile cameras has been for rapid change.
SLR class cameras are now approaching 50 megapixels, These images are best for print in gloss magazines. Magazines are fading as well due to the mass migration to the internet. Still there are magazines for sale in grocers and book stores.
Windows 10 x64 with 32GB of RAM can handle more documents that needed. There is plenty of resources with modern machines.
